Registration for the ODD Semester 2009-10
The Students are required to note the following:
1. Important Dates to be noted
Dates of Registration: 16 and 17, July 2009 (Thursday and Friday)
Class work Commences on: 20 July 2009 (Monday)
Mid Semester Examinations: 14 to 19 September, 2009
(Monday to Saturday)
Last working day of the Sem.: 6 November 2009 (Friday)
2. Fees to be paid
All students must be present physically on the days of registration mentioned above. Before coming for registration, they must pay the college fees either by cash paid at SBH counters through Challan, or by DD drawn in Favor of Director, NIT, Warangal, payable at Warangal. They also must have cleared the hostel dues.

Notes: (i) It is advised to come with DD.
(ii) The above table does not include Hostel fees. The hostlers are required
to pay the necessary amount after the rooms are allotted. For hostel
accommodation the students are required to submit Option Form
before 3rd July 2009 to the Dean, Students Affairs. For details
regarding the hostel accommodation and fees, please visit the web site.
(iii) Registration will be entertained only if the student produces no dues
from the hostel office and the college fee receipt.
(iv) Registration in Absentia will not be entertained.
(v) (iii) is applicable to all Scholarship Holders also.
They are not exempted in any manner.
(vi) The minimum attendance requirement in each course is 80 percent.
If the student does not fulfill this minimum attendance requirement,
he will not be permitted to write the end semester examinations. This
will ultimately result in loss of one year for the student. Therefore,
every student is advised to attend all the classes from the first day to
the last day of the semester.
3. Late Registration
The late registration is discouraged totally. If a candidate does not register on the dates mentioned above, he will be charged a fine of Rs. 500/- per day counting from 19th July, 2009, and this will be allowed up to 24th July, 2009 only.
If the student fails to register even on 27th, his admission will be cancelled and he will be considered for Readmission by paying all the admission fees.
4. Ph. D. Scholars
All Ph.D. scholars (Both Fulltime and Part time) must register for their program on the dates mentioned above.
At the time of registration, they must
(i) be present physically,
(ii) clear all the dues (Both institute fees and hostel dues)
(iii) submit a progress report (1 to 2 pages) on the work performed up to that
date and plan for future work. The report must be signed by the student and
processed through DSC.
(iv) If the scholar does not perform the registration, his admission will be
cancelled and he may be considered for readmission, paying all the
admission fees.
